We design, make and supply Steel Coil Sheet Cold Rolling Reduction Mill, Reversible or Tandem, different customers from different countries and regions require different configuration and process cold rolling mills to cater their local steel sheet market, Typical reduction of hot rolled strip in cold rolling mill can range from 50 % to 90 %. The reduction in each stand or pass is to be distributed uniformly without falling much below the maximum reduction for each pass. Normally the lowest percentage reduction is taken in the last pass to permit better control of flatness, gauge and surface finish..

We make each mill customized, after knowing customer requirements:
- The incoming carbon sheet specification: strip width, strip thickness, strip coil weight
- The finished steel sheet specification: finished thickness, thickness tolerance, flatness tolerance
- Capacity of the cold mill: how many tons per year for average thickness?
- Configuration of the cold mill: automatic gauge control or not?
As per customer requirements, budget and preference, we specify the detailed specification of proper cold mill, 4high or 6high, tandem or reversible, and suggest customer machine configuration level and spares preparation. Customer is a part of our design, he will see his cold mill is what he hopes.
